Thank you for purchasing from ResearchBack. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for digital content sold on our platform. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been completed. This includes but is not limited to:

Once the digital product has been delivered, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
While digital products are generally non-refundable, we may grant exceptions under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue within [ 3 business days].
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product.
- Corrupt or Incomplete Files: If the digital file is damaged, corrupted, or incomplete, and the issue cannot be resolved.

Since ResearchBack is a multivendor platform, individual vendors may have their own refund policies for the digital content they sell. In such cases:
- Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are primarily responsible for handling refund requests related to their products.
- Dispute Resolution: If a vendor fails to respond or if a dispute arises, ResearchBack may intervene to mediate the issue.
- Platform Policy Override: In cases where a vendor’s refund policy conflicts with this platform-wide policy, the stricter policy will apply.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You did not read the product description properly before purchasing.
- You lack the necessary software or technical skills to use the digital product.
- You claim dissatisfaction without providing specific, valid reasons related to the product’s functionality.
- Unauthorized use or sharing of the product after purchase.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for support, we reserve the right to:
- Permanently suspend your account on our platform.
- Deny future purchases.
- Blacklist your payment method for security reasons.
