Authors — to speed up support, include:
- Your ResearchBack vendor name and profile URL (if any)
- What you’re selling (datasets, code, simulations, experimental data, methods, teaching packs)
- Link to the related published paper (if applicable)
- Issue type: upload problem, pricing, licensing, withdrawal/payout, or product visibility
- Attachments (screenshots, file names, error text)
Reviewers — for onboarding or payments:
- Your academic field and highest degree
- Links to ORCID / Google Scholar / Scopus
- Preferred reviewing domains (e.g., power electronics, biomedical, ML)
- Question type: onboarding, assignment, timelines, compensation, dashboard access
Institutions — partnerships & procurement:
- Organization name, department, and decision-maker contact
- Use-case (curriculum content, labs, research datasets, enterprise access)
- Estimated seats or download volume
- Procurement requirements (vendor forms, NDAs, invoicing, tax)
