Who We’re Looking For

Senior domain expert with a strong publication, leadership, or editorial record.
Evidence of rigorous standards, mentorship, and community contribution.
Comfort with transparent, criteria-based decisions and reproducibility checks.
Agreement to COI policy, ethics guidelines, and reasonable availability.

    How does the 10% Chair share work?

    For peer-reviewed papers published under your domain, you receive a 10% share per download. Accruals appear automatically in your dashboard.

    What is the typical time commitment?

    It scales with submissions. Expect focused blocks for reviewer appointments, escalations, and periodic quality audits.

    How are conflicts of interest handled?

    Declare COIs prior to involvement. Recuse where appropriate; assignments will be re-routed.

    Who gives final sign-off?

    Chairs steward the domain and resolve escalations. Final platform sign-off is completed by the Editorial Director.
